Conveniently close to the airport, the hotel's 24/7 shuttle service was a lifesaver. The comfy beds and spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly, with Karl going the extra mile to help with my bags. I faced an unsettling moment when Michelle overlooked me in favor of another guest—definitely not ideal. Parking fees were steep, and Wi-Fi was underwhelming. a mixed bag, but I might stay again for the comfort and convenience, hoping for a better staff experience next time.

Decent location with a few redeeming qualities. Free shuttle to the airport is frequent—much appreciated for early flights. Rooms are clean, but noise from the hallway could be a problem for light sleepers. The staff exuded friendliness, yet responsiveness faltered; calls to the front desk often went unanswered. Breakfast claims fell flat upon arrival. Dining options are nice, and the proximity to In-N-Out Burger is a win. missing amenities like microwaves and insufficient parking rates for $50 a night are concerns. I expect more consistency from this brand, particularly when it comes to guest experience. Solid potential, but improvements are necessary for a seamless stay.

Staying here was a breeze since it's just a quick ride to the airport, and I loved that there were so many great shops and restaurants just a few steps away, including the Waypoint Kitchen and Brasserie for meals after a long day of exploring; the room was spacious and clean with comfy bedding, but I did find the parking fee a bit steep.

I was really frustrated with the shuttle service. We waited forever, missed our flight, and the front desk staff was totally unhelpful and rude about it. It was especially stressful with two kids and all our bags in tow.

I had a blast attending exclusive concerts nearby. The Bistro kept me satisfied. The lobby surprised me. Also loved the complimentary amenities and upgraded fitness center.
I just adored waiting for the airport shuttle for ages. Hilarious, right?

staying at courtyard near lax was a lifesaver for me, as my flight was delayed. the hotel is very close to the airport terminals and offers a free shuttle service every 20-30 min. the driver of the shuttle was incredibly kind and helpful, especially with passengers carrying large luggage.

The beds and pillows were inviting, and the kitchen amenities were a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of ordering pizza and hot wings, which were delicious. there were some areas that could be improved. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, and despite informing the front desk, no one came to fix it. This made sleeping a bit uncomfortable with warm air blowing in the room. the bathroom had an issue with the light going off during my shower, creating a dark and unsafe environment. It would have been helpful if there was a timer specified for the light to avoid such situations. The shuttle service also left something to be desired. While it was convenient, the vans seemed to fill up quickly, leaving some guests behind and requiring them to wait longer for the next shuttle. This caused a bit of inconvenience for those relying on the shuttle for transportation.

After raging at exclusive concerts and hyped-up professional sporting events in downtown's Crypto, crashing in the fancy rooms was clutch. The vibe was on point, and the beds were straight up comfy like a cloud. Easy access to airport for our next adventure!
More chill spots in the hotel for late-night hangs would've been epic.
